John Paul II has acute respiratory infection, Vatican says
ROME, Italy (CNN) -- Pope John Paul II was taken to a hospital late Tuesday with an acute respiratory infection, hours after aides announced he was suffering from the flu, the Vatican said.
His trial for child molestation started on Monday as the judge in Santa Maria, California, began selecting a jury to decide if he is innocent or guilty.
Sales of the £200 gadget, which can be used to email, page and phone, have boomed in recent years with celebrities such as David Beckham using them.
