Could coffee protect your liver against alcohol?


Drinking coffee may shield the liver from the worst ravages of alcohol, a study of more than 125,000 people suggests. The risk of developing alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver dropped with each cup of coffee they drank per day.

Microsoft plans to buy videogame-ad firm


Microsoft plans to pay $200 million to $400 million for Massive, a privately held company that places ads in video games, the Wall Street Journal said on Wednesday.
